Due
to the fact that Jewellery is worn next to the skin, for Health and
Hygiene Reasons, we do not accept returns. Also it is a fair policy
to have so that all our customers can be assured that the jewellery
they receive from us is absolutely brand new. We go to great lengths
to check every piece before it is dispatched, and have a three tier
checking system before dispatching orders. However if an item is found
to be faulty, please let us know immediately upon receipt of your
order, once returned we will replace with the same item or if the
item has become out of stock we will refund for that item, however
we would have to be notified of this directly upon receipt of your
merchandise. If a faulty item is found please contact us via e-mail
or telephone, so that we can advise you on the best way of return.
This can only be done if the customer lets us know about this straight
away on receipt of their merchandise. |
